Another thing that’s come with MS is dealing with feelings of depression and anxiety. It’s tough not to feel isolated at times, and there are moments when I feel sad, frustrated, or just a bit helpless. And while these feelings aren’t easy to experience, I’ve come to realise they’re a normal part of living with a chronic illness. I try not to beat myself up about it and instead allow myself to feel what I’m feeling.
